In January, we stayed a week at the Iberostar Punta Cana. The weather was fantastic. The grounds, accomodations, food, and drinks were all very good. The pictures above were taken from the same spot on the beach. The beach is a couple of miles long and we walked it every day. I did four dives. Two at the Iberostar Punta Cana and two at the Iberostar in La Romana. We traveled by van to La Romana. It's about an hour away. The diving and snorkeling at La Romana was much nicer. The pictures below are off a ship wreck just off shore in Puna Cana. The zoom is 10X. Punta Cana is a very affordable vacation. We flew a direct USA 3000 flight. The trip was booked through Apple vacations. January is a great time to visit.
