The next time you look at a map of Alaska.... Look at the very top. At the very northern tip is Barrow. Barrow is an Eskimo village and tourist hot spot.

Above Claudia and I are standing in front of a whale skull. Barrow's other claim to fame (other than polar bears and whale hunting), is this is where Will Rogers and Wiley Post died.... in a plane crash.

You are probably asking yourself, what in the world are Phil and Claudia doing in Barrow? Good question.

If you like looking at tundra and ice, maybe you should visit Barrow. Be sure to visit in June like we did. The sun never sets. We spent almost three weeks in Alaska. It was a great vacation. Don't miss it.
