In July we had a special visit from Mudcat Grant. He stopped by softball Central on a Thursday night. We had just finished teaching some young pups a lesson in softball. It was great to see him. Actually Spot had been keeping in contact with the Cat Man, and one night Dave got a phone call. MudCat was in Kansas City and he said he was thinking of coming over to St. Louis to see his frends.

After the ball game we went over to Doug BrenDELLS for a little BBQ. This was too cool here is a man with three World Series rings, that comes to St. Louis and Troy just to see the Troy boys.
