Gill Colorado is located about 7-10 miles northeast of Greely Colorado and still exist today according to mapquest.com

A closer view shows that it is about 5 blocks long by 4 block wide right on the Union Pacific Railroad.  Might have been a rail stop a hundred or so years ago.
